2. Our products and information

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product information is provided for general guidance, and you should read and follow any instructions supplied with the product before use.

3. Safe use of products

Our personal grooming products are intended for external use only, in line with the manufacturer's instructions. Stop using a product and seek advice from a healthcare professional if you experience irritation or discomfort. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and individual results may vary.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
  • We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
  • If we find an obvious pricing error after you order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Placing an order and our contract

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We will email you an order confirmation, but a binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot verify payment, and if we do so we will refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel, return items and receive refunds is set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses, as we sell to consumers for personal use only.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

10. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error free.
