Shipping Policy

Eurosoul UK delivers to the United Kingdom, the European Union and a selection of international destinations. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery charges

  • United Kingdom: Express delivery, £3.99 per order.
  • European Union: Standard international delivery, £10.00 per order.
  • Selected international destinations (including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland, Norway and others shown at checkout): Standard international delivery, £23.99 per order.

If we do not deliver to your country, it will not be available at checkout. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

Processing and delivery times

  • We process orders as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed.
  • Once your order is dispatched we will email you a confirmation, including tracking information where available.
  • Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the order date, as required by UK law. If we cannot, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at Support@eurosoul.co.uk and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, please email Support@eurosoul.co.uk with your order number and, if damaged, photos of the item and the packaging. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. See our Returns & Refund Policy for your rights.
